The Upper Langley companies were formed by Andy and Kim Edwards in 2012.
Combining their experience in design, build and investment they created the Upper Langley group of companies to develop their own portfolio of high-quality properties. Their objective is to source land, design and construct the schemes, and sell, rent or lease the properties upon completion.
Andy is an independent Chartered Engineer with over 35 years experience in Construction and Building Services Engineering. He was previously a Partner and Director at Couch, Perry and Wilkes the Birmingham based Design consultancy group.
In recent years Andy has been involved in the design and construction of more than £2Bn of property, including the £550M Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham; four new £70M Regional Distribution Centre warehouses for Sainsbury’s plus numerous other properties in the healthcare, retail, distribution and manufacturing sectors.
Kim has over 25 years experience within the leisure services industry. With an MBA from Warwick Business School she has a strong commercial background in the private and public sector. She was previously the Head of Managed Moorings Portfolio for the Canal and River Trust and now runs a team involved in securing land with development potential.
